What is it that motivates us?

There's not single correct answer to this question, but for me long term improvement and hitting challenging targets usually does the job.

Endurance running helps keep my spirits up and has lead to an unquenching thirst to put my body through the rigour of pounding the pavements for 26.2 miles as fast as I can.

The lessons I learned from my first 3 attempts inpired me to start this blog, and will hopefully be the catalyst for many more adventures to come...
